My curatorial debut 'Avedon & Me' is now open at @parisphotofair at the @gagosian booth B22 until this Sunday November 10th! This presentation brings together a selection of my work from the past six years, placed in dynamic conversation with Richard Avedon’s iconic photographs from the 1960s. Through this dialogue, I aim to illuminate how Avedon’s exploration of fashion, celebrity, and sociopolitical themes has profoundly shaped my own artistic practice. Thank you especially to the @avedonfoundation for allowing the ability to collaborate with you and with Avedon's archive in this special way.

Honored to join @gagosian alongside a roster of artists I've long admired. Thank you to @sirsargent, @joshuachuang, @kayellepea, @diallosimonponte, @ktlevine and the entire gallery team for believing in me. My first presentation with the gallery will be at @parisphotofair this November where I'll be curating a booth featuring Richard Avedon’s iconic 1960s work alongside my own from the past six years. My debut exhibition in New York with the gallery is set for early 2025. The work BEGINS!

Proud to share that 5 of my works have just been acquired by @themuseumofmodernart for their permanent collection ⭐️ This has been a huge goal of mine to be recognized in this way. Thank you to @roxanamarcoci and the MoMA Committee on Photography for believing in my recent works especially those that bring together photography and textiles — this empowers my expansion into not only image making but also object making as well. Onwards and upwards

6 weeks out of a suitcase

What a euphoric month it has been... My solo exhibition 'Idyllic Space' is now open at my home city contemporary museum the @highmuseumofart. From now until December 1st. I don't have words to describe how this feels 🫀 Thank you to curators @mmmmkelly @honoguy for ushering this into existence. To my community, my family and my friends and to the team at @gucci who threw me an incredible opening night dinner and will be supporting a free day of attendance at the museum on July 17th as well as other programming and exhibition efforts If you're in Atlanta or passing through, go see this 🫶🏾✨
